Refund & Return Policy

MILLEN accepts returns for defective items only, processes refunds promptly, may apply restocking fees, excludes service costs, and resolves disputes under UAE law.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 14 days of delivery.
  • Returns for “change of mind” are not accepted.
  • To be eligible for return:
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • If the product is used, damaged, or packaging is not in acceptable condition, MILLEN reserves the right to:
  • Apply a restocking fee of 10–30%, or
  • Completely refuse the return.
  • Final decision regarding return eligibility and restocking fees will be made by MILLEN.

2. Return Request Process

  • All return requests must be submitted through the Return Request Form on the MILLEN website.
  • Once approved, MILLEN will arrange pickup of the product.
  • MILLEN will cover the cost of return shipment; however, such cost may be included in the restocking fee if applicable.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will always be made to the original payment method whenever technically possible.
  • If this is not possible, MILLEN may process the refund via bank transfer, in which case customer details will be required.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered subject to stock availability and product inspection.
  • If the replacement product is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with Section 3.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Delivery charges, installation fees, and other service-related costs are non-refundable, unless the product was delivered defective and cannot be replaced.

6. Responsibility & Liability

  • MILLEN is responsible for the product until successful handover to the customer at delivery.
  • Any issues arising from improper installation (by third parties not authorized by MILLEN) are not covered under return/refund policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • MILLEN aims to resolve all return and refund cases directly with customers.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, customers have the right to escalate the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy – Consumer Protection Department.
  • Jurisdiction for any disputes shall be with the Dubai Courts, UAE.
